Contact our office. Once you decided to sell your home, contact our office to set up a consultation. Every home is unique, so a consultation provides an opportunity to identify the strengths and weaknesses of your home.

Real estate transactions often call for a "quick close." As a Seller, you can help facilitate a quick close by obtaining your home's abstract of title (also know as a search) and survey.
Abstract of Title: An abstract of title is the history of the title to a particular parcel of real estate, consisting of a summary of the original grant and all subsequent conveyances and encumbrances affecting the property.
Survey: a survey shows the boundaries of your property and indicates the location of all improvements and any encroachments in relation to the property’s boundaries.
